The Algonac Muskrats had a rough go of it last month when they matched up with the Croswell-Lexington Pioneers and had to endure more of the same on Friday. Algonac was dealt a punishing 59-12 loss at the hands of Croswell-Lexington. That's the fewest points the Muskrats have scored all season.
Algonac still hasn't won a contest and fell to 0-17. Croswell-Lexington's victory brought them up to 16-1.
Algonac will look to defend their home court next week against Richmond. Algonac fans better hope the squad plays one heck of a game as the odds are decidedly against them. As for the Pioneers, they will face off against Bad Axe on Wednesday. Croswell-Lexington won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
