 Barbourville's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Harlan, the  victory was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-7.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Barbourville's homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Leslie County at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Harlan will take on Williamsburg at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Williamsburg is coming into the  matchup with eight straight  losses on the road,  meaning Harlan will have to defend against a  team hungry for a  win.
