It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Midlothian had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They blew past the Prince George Royals 8-0. The result kept Midlothian happy, as they haven't lost a game yet  this season.
Their offense was hitting Prince George from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal.  Casey Royle led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.
Midlothian is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-0-4 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored 22  goals over those five  games. As for Prince George, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6-2.
 Midlothian wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next  contest,  a  1-0  defeat against Godwin on the 3rd. Prince George does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
