After only seven points in their last matchup, The Capuchino Mustangs made sure to put some points up on the board against the Sequoia Ravens on Friday. Everything went Capuchino's way against Sequoia as Capuchino made off with a 43-20 win.
Although Sequoia took the loss, they still got scores from Nolan Fausto, Jayden Russi, and Caden Bernal.
Capuchino has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. As for Sequoia, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 3-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Capuchino will take on Aragon at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Aragon is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. As for Sequoia, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against San Mateo at 4:00 p.m. San Mateo will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
