On Friday Chris Fitts struck out six batters over four innings while giving up four earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). The performance also marked the fewest walks (one) Fitts has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two walks. On the year, he has an ERA of 8.65 over 11.3 innings pitched.
