Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Sulligent). They blew past the Red Bay Tigers 24-6 on Thursday. The  victory was familiar territory for the Blue Devils, who have now won three  contests in a row.
 Kallie Taylor made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  tossed 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. That's the fewest  hits  she has allowed since back in April of 2024. She was also big at the plate,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in April of 2024.
 In other batting news, Sulligent got a  massive  performance out of  Anna Claire Baughn, who  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with one  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. That's the most  runs  Baughn has posted since back in March of 2024.  Maddie Lann was another key player,  scoring five  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
 Sulligent  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least nine  hits in three consecutive  games.
Sulligent's win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 6-3. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.7 runs over those games. As for Red Bay,  they are  on  an  11-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-13.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sulligent will face off against Gordo at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Red Bay, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Belgreen at 4:30  p.m.  on April 8.
