Several Huskies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Teagan Kinney, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. Kinney is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down ten or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Juan Ponce, who posted 15 points and six steals.
Nampa Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Marsing, they suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 7-5.
Nampa Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 51-29 win against Vision on the 23rd. As for Marsing, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 59-49 loss against New Plymouth on the 21st.
