Klahowya had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They never let the Vashon Island Pirates get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.

Klahowya's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Vashon Island, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
