After having lost a blowout to Elkton in their previous game, Myrtle Point were happy to find some success on Friday. Myrtle Point got past Prospect with less than a touchdown to spare, ending up at 22-16.
The win bumped Myrtle Point's record up to 1-2. Prospect are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Myrtle Point will stay at home next week against Riddle at 7:00 PM. Prospect will look to defend their home turf against Chiloquin at 7:00 PM.
