After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Northampton finally came back down to earth  on Tuesday. They lost  8-1 to the Easton Area Rovers. The Konkrete Kids have struggled against the Rovers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.
Northampton got a good showing from  Brandon McEntire, who   tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit.

Having lost for the first time  this season, Northampton  fell to 3-1. As for Easton Area, their win  ended  a  six-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 2-1.
