The Crazy Horse Chiefs's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Pine Ridge Thorpes at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the pair posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
On Saturday, Crazy Horse came up short against Lakota Tech and fell 68-55.
Meanwhile, Pine Ridge had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.1 points), and they went ahead and made it 11 on Saturday. Everything went their way against Santee as Pine Ridge made off with a 65-45 win. Pine Ridge has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 20 points or more this season.
Crazy Horse's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Pine Ridge, their win bumped their record up to 16-1.
Everything went Crazy Horse's way against Pine Ridge when the teams last played back in February of 2022 as Crazy Horse made off with a 61-41 victory. Will Crazy Horse repeat their success, or does Pine Ridge have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
