Roosevelt have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a somewhat close 25-20 victory over Sioux City West. The success represented a nice turnaround for Roosevelt, who in their last game suffered a tough 0-42 loss.
The win got Roosevelt back to even at 3-3. The defeat dropped Sioux City West's record to 2-3.
Next week Roosevelt take on Fort Dodge at 7:00 PM. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games. Sioux City West will be staying on the road, facing off against Marshalltown. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
