Petal. Over the past week, he racked up one win and 17 strikeouts.
Jacob Hiatt was on fire this week, as he led the league with a .333 average, one home run and six RBIs. The Panthers compiled a record of 3-1 in that time.
Petal's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing 19 hits and seven walks to lead the league in both categories.
With six runs batted in this week, the Panthers' Hiatt increased his league-leading total in that category to 24.
Hiatt was an RBI machine on Saturday, as he knocked in five runs during Petal's 11-5 win over
Gulfport. He went 2-for-5 and scored two runs.
The Panthers' Mikell struck out 17
