The Kiel Raiders will head out on the road to square off against the Howards Grove Tigers at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Kiel's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 41-24 to Brillion. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Kiel has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Howards Grove was just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 47-46 to Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah.
Kiel's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Howards Grove, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.
Kiel strolled past Howards Grove in their previous meeting back in November of 2022 by a score of 50-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kiel since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
