Cesar Chavez extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Lakeisha Robinson. The Cesar Chavez Champions breezed past the Camelback Spartans to the tune of 88-17 on Tuesday thanks in part to Robinson, who went 15-for-19 on her way to 31 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds. The contest was her fourth in a row with at least 15 points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Malia Woodberry, who went 5-for-7 en route to 12 points and six steals. Cesar Chavez is 17-2 when Woodberry posts three or more steals, but 3-4 otherwise.
Despite the loss, Camelback had strong showings from Lilly Buckner, who posted ten points and seven boards, and Kyliana Massey, who put up no points.
