The Norte Vista Braves won the last time they faced the California Military Institute Rough Riders, and things went their way  on Thursday too. Norte Vista claimed a resounding  89-22 victory over California Military Institute at home. With Norte Vista ahead  61-5 at the half, the  contest was all but over already.
 Norte Vista found their leader in underclassman  Carter Fulton, who  dropped  a triple-double on 28 points, 10  assists, and 11  steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which  Fulton has scored at least 25% of Norte Vista's points. Another player making a difference was  Marinio Elissaint, who  scored 21 points along with 5  steals.
 The  victory  makes it two in a row for Norte Vista and  bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for California Military Institute,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 0-2.
 Norte Vista will head out on the road to face off against JW North at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for California Military Institute, they will look to defend their home court  on Monday against San Jacinto Leadership Academy at 4:00  p.m. San Jacinto Leadership Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
