Bridger is 10-0 against the Huskies since February of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Bridger Scouts will head out on the road to face off against the Absarokee Huskies at 6:00 p.m.
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for Bridger, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 74-72. It was the first time this season that Bridger let down their fans at home.
Meanwhile, Absarokee came into Saturday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Reed Point/Rapelje by a score of 43-32 on Saturday. The victory was just what Absarokee needed coming off of a 92-52 loss in their prior contest.
Bridger's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-6. As for Absarokee, their victory bumped their record up to 2-10.
Bridger skirted past the Huskies 42-40 in their previous meeting back in January. Does Bridger have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Huskies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
