After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Platte Valley, Manual was happy to have turned things around  on Friday. They blew past the Estes Park Bobcats 46-12. The Thunderbolts might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 26  points or more this season.
 Marcus Keller was  his usual excellent self, throwing for 131 yards and three  TDs on only nine passes, while also rushing for 57 yards. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  passer rating (149.3).  Darrick Huhman got in on the action as well, returning a kick for a touchdown.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Manual was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 244  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.

Manual pushed their record up to 5-3 with the  victory, which was their fifth straight  on the road dating back to last season. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.0 points on average over those games. As for Estes Park, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
