The Our Saviour Lutheran Falcons were the 94-84 winner over the Broome Street Academy Warriors when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Our Saviour Lutheran had to suffer through a rough 87-47 loss at the hands of the Warriors. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Our Saviour Lutheran has scored all season.
Broome Street Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Demitrius Gould led the charge by scoring 17 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Gould has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Amir Owens, who scored 14 points along with six steals.
Our Saviour Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Broome Street Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.
