Mt. St. Michael Academy never let their opponents score on Saturday. They claimed a resounding  35-0 victory over the Nazareth Kingsmen. The Mountaineers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 22  points or more this season.
Mt. St. Michael Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Victor Declet, who rushed for 157 yards and two  TDs on only seven carries. Those  157  rushing yards gave  Declet a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Drew Diaz, who picked up 63 receiving yards and a pair of  touchdowns.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mt. St. Michael Academy was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 225  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.

The  victory made it two in a row for Mt. St. Michael Academy and  bumps their season record up to 4-4. The  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 31.5 points over those games. As for Nazareth, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mt. St. Michael Academy will square off against Holy Cross at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Nazareth, they will take on Holy Trinity at 1:30  p.m.  on Saturday. The Titans' defense has only allowed 14.2  points per game  this season, so the Kingsmen's offense will have their work cut out for them.
