Bowie's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tatiana Munford, who scored 16 points. Those 16 points set a new season-high mark for her. Damilola Funsho was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds.
Bowie's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Northwestern, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2.
