St. Mary won the last time they faced the Regents Academy Eagles, and things went their way on Tuesday too. St. Mary's came out on top against Regents Academy by a score of 55-47. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. Mary's.
It was another big night for Evan Hodge, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was John Brogan, who scored eight points along with seven assists and five rebounds.
St. Mary's is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Regents Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
St. Mary's will head out on the road to face off against Christian Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully St. Mary's focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday. Regents Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
