EUDORA, Kan. -
Eudora (Kan.) extended its winning streak to six games with a 19-0 victory over
Louisburg (Kan.) on Saturday.
The Cardinals were up 13-0 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Andrew Ballock in the first quarter.
Eudora expanded its lead to 19 points entering the fourth quarter. EHS scored once in the quarter on a
Gabe Cleveland touchdown run.
The Cardinals' most effective player was Cleveland. The senior running back ran for two touchdowns. He has now scored nine touchdowns on the season.
Eudora came into the game allowing 8.5 points per game.
A 14-0 Eudora victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
The loss snapped the Wildcats' 3-game winning streak.
The Cardinals (11-1) faces off against Louisburg in a playoff game their next time out. The Wildcats will bring a record of 8-4 into the meeting.
