The Beechcroft Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the South Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Beechcroft, who comes in off a win.
Even though Rogers scored an imposing 57 points on Saturday, Beechcroft still came out on top. Beechcroft secured a 62-57 W over Rogers.
Meanwhile, South pushed their score all the way to 59 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Lincoln by a score of 62-59.
Despite the loss, South got a solid performance out of Lajames Washington, who scored 25 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maurice Mccall, who scored 9 points.
Beechcroft's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for South, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
