The Trinity Christian Warriors came tearing into Saturday's matchup with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took down East Hardy 52-34. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Trinity Christian also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Despite the loss, East Hardy still got an impressive performance from Brooklynn Tinnell, who scored 26 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. That was a full 76.5% of East Hardy's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Chloe Miller, who scored six points along with six assists and five rebounds.
Trinity Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for East Hardy, they dropped their record down to 6-13 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
