The Dansville Aggies will venture away from home to challenge the Webberville Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dansville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.8 runs per game this season.
Dansville will head out to face Webberville after giving up their first home loss of the season on Monday. The Aggies fell 7-3 to Laingsburg. That's two games in a row now that the Aggies have lost by exactly four runs.

Laci Neal put in work no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one run and one double.
Neal wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Ryker Graf, who went 1-for-4 with one triple and two RBI. That triple marked the first that Graf has hit this season.
Meanwhile, the third road game was the charm for Webberville, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They blew past Morrice 24-0 on Monday. That 24 run margin sets a new team best for the Spartans this season.
Like Dansville, Webberville also got a great game from a two-way player: Makayla Culver. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Culver was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with three runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, Webberville got a massive performance out of Valerie Grosser, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Jenna Lycos was another key player, going 3-for-4 with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Webberville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .690. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Webberville's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. As for Dansville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-3.
Everything went Dansville's way against Webberville in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Dansville made off with a 15-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Aggies since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
