West Sioux were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They took the game and then some with a 62-0 victory on Friday over Sibley-Ocheyedan. Followers of West Sioux probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories. The match pushed Sibley-Ocheyedan down to 1-4 and pulled West Sioux up to the reverse at 4-1.
West Sioux will stay at home next week against Western Christian at 7:00 PM. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games. As for Sibley-Ocheyedan, they will face off against Emmetsburg. Neither of those teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable defeat.
