Justin Leathers Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Southridge got the W thanks in part to Justin Leathers playing the best football he has all season. Leathers rushed for 177 yards and four touchdowns, and also threw for 28 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making two total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending a pass.
The victory (which was Southridge's third in a row) raised their record to 6-2. They and Forest Park are set to duel on Friday.

Boyd will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on North Posey on Friday. Boyd will face off against Jed Galvin on Friday, the Vikings' star rusher. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
