On Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Sedan beat Cedar Vale/Dexter 41-36.
Meanwhile, Erie's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 29-28 to Jayhawk Linn.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Alexandra Pasquarelli, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Kinzie Cleaver, who scored four points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Sedan's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Erie, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
