Christian Family Academy has gone a perfect 10-0 against Community Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Fire are taking a road trip to take on the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
As a matter of fact, Christian Family Academy put up the most points they have all season last Friday. They claimed a resounding 89-39 win over Haywood Christian Academy. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-23.

Zeke Johnson and Toby Marsh were among the main playmakers for Christian Family Academy as the former dropped a double-double with 27 points and 12 assists and the latter shot 69% from the field on his way to 22 points in addition to seven boards and four blocks. The dominant performance also gave Johnson a new career-high in steals (three). Noah Danley was another key player, putting up five points along with 11 rebounds and five steals.
Christian Family Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in 13 consecutive contests dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Community Christian Academy entered their tilt with Pinnacle Classical Academy on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 76-51 victory. The Warriors pushed the score to 61-38 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles had little chance of recovering from.
Community Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore JeKobe Floyd, who posted 26 points. Those 26 points set a new season-high mark for Floyd. Another player making a difference was Chaden Poole, who put up 25 points.
Christian Family Academy's record is now 3-1. As for Community Christian Academy, their record now sits at 5-1.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Christian Family Academy hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 64.2 points per game. It's a different story for Community Christian Academy, though, as they've been averaging only 19.3 points. The only thing between Christian Family Academy and another offensive beatdown is the Warriors. Will they be able to keep them contained?
Christian Family Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Community Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in February, winning 70-61. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Fire since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
