Chase Beitler was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 202 yards and four TDs while picking up 12.6 yards per carry. Those 202 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 6-6 at halftime, Arapahoe was not quite Alma's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 36-34. The Warriors gained 81 more yards on the day, but it was the Cardinals that made the best use of them.
Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] will have to contain Briggs Hill as he made an impact in Arapahoe's last game. He rushed for 147 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 13 carries. Another player making a difference was Hayden Sich, who rushed for 214 yards and one score.
