Orangeville had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders a 15-0 shutout on Wednesday. Considering the Broncos have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was Orangeville's third in a row) raised their record to 25-8. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ashton-Franklin Center, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 22 of their last 24 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-31 record this season.
