City College was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .542. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .394 or higher in seven consecutive matchups.
City College has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Edgewood, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-11.
City College has already played their next game, a 13-3 victory against Aberdeen on the 10th. Edgewood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
