Manawa were successful in their last outing against Weyauwega-Fremont, and they didn't afford Weyauwega-Fremont any payback this time around. Manawa blew past Weyauwega-Fremont 45-14. The margin was wide but not a surprise since Manawa are ranked far ahead of Weyauwega-Fremont in the MaxPreps state rankings.
Manawa will look to defend their home turf next week against Wittenberg-Birnamwood at 7:00 PM. Unlike Manawa, Wittenberg-Birnamwood will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Weyauwega-Fremont, they will face off against Shiocton. Neither of these teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable loss.
