Columbus faced Miami in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Columbus came out on top in a nail-biter against Miami, sneaking past 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Explorers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Looking ahead, Columbus will take on Reagan in a tournament on Saturday. As for Miami, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Braddock at 3:30 p.m. on April 2.
