First Baptist Christian entered their tilt with Rosehill Christian on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Eagles 11-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-3 last Thursday.

Paige Allen was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in RBI (two).

In other batting news, Isabel Antimo was a standout: she scored a run and stole two bases while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Abi Gardner was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

First Baptist Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .700. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Rosehill Christian only posted an OBP of .278.

First Baptist Christian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-10. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.7 runs over those games. As for Rosehill Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.
