Somerville had a senior duo take command as Ian Teague rushed for 89 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries and Keith Crawford picked up 196 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Those three rushing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Teague. Somerville also got a significant boost from Colt Holton, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 91 yards.
Somerville didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Crawford, Kutter Rohrbach, Kyle Brooks, and Jayden Young picked up one apiece.
Burton now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Somerville, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
