Southern Wells hadn't done well against South Adams recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Southern Wells Raiders blew past the South Adams Starfires 58-33. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 23 points or more this season.

Leading Southern Wells to victory were Kaylee Davis and Ashlie Needler. Davis went 6 for 12 on her way to 13 points and six steals, while Needler went 7 of 14 on her way to 16 points and eight rebounds. Davis is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last six games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Collena Reeves, who posted eight points and five rebounds.

Southern Wells smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in four consecutive contests.

Southern Wells' win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for South Adams, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
