Arizona Lutheran Academy had won eight straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they bumped up to 7-1 to make it nine. They strolled past the Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans with points to spare, taking the game 25-6. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Coyotes also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.
Arizona Lutheran Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sebi Guye, who rushed for 176 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 7.0 yards per carry. Those 176 rushing yards gave Guye a new career-high. Liam Enter was another key back, rushing for 187 yards on only 15 carries.
As for Scottsdale Preparatory Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5. Having soared to a lofty 49 points in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.
