The West Rebels will head out to square off against the Maryville Red Rebels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

West and Austin-East faced off in a cross-town battle on Tuesday. West never let Austin-East get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. West haven't had any issues with Austin-East recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

West hit Austin-East with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from William Harriman, Nicholas Jackson, and Gavin Jones.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Maryville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Pigeon Forge 1-0. The victory was all the more spectacular given Maryville's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 50th, while Pigeon Forge are ranked tenth).

West's record now sits at 5-2-1. As for Maryville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-3-1 record this season.
