They weren't the only one working in the assists department: Fredonia was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Frewsburg only racked up 11 assists.
Meanwhile, Falconer came up short against Panama on Monday, falling 60-36. The Golden Falcons haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
The victory got Fredonia back to even at 6-6. As for Falconer, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Fredonia skirted past Falconer 58-55 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fredonia since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
