Cathedral Prep is 7-0 against the Bison since December of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Cathedral Prep Ramblers will be staying on the road to face off against the Fort LeBoeuf Bison at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd. One thing working in Cathedral Prep's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 12 contests.
Cathedral Prep pushed their score all the way to 78 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 86-78 hit to the loss column at the hands of Erie. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (64), Cathedral Prep still had to take the loss.
Meanwhile, Fort LeBoeuf's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight loss. They fell 48-38 to Harbor Creek.
Cathedral Prep now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Fort LeBoeuf, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-11.
Everything came up roses for Cathedral Prep against the Bison in their previous meeting back in January as the squad secured a 93-35 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cathedral Prep since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
