Giltner lost a close one when they played last Friday but unfortunately for them the defeat they were handed on Friday was a bit more commanding. They were dealt a 72-20 loss at the hands of the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders. The defeat leaves the Hornets without a win on the season.
Brody Cummings and Blaydon White certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Cummings rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown, while White picked up 42 receiving yards and a touchdown. Jorden Simms-Tuxhorn got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
