Veritas Christian Academy was led to victory by Ashton Dillon and Eli Robbins. Dillon scored 25 points, while Robbins scored 25 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Dillon has scored at least a third of Veritas Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Lee Burgess, who scored eight points.
When it comes to explaining why Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Josiah Whitmire.
