The South Pointe Stallions will head out on the road to take on the Richland Northeast Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Pointe is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4 goals per game this season.

While South Pointe's win against Camden wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Stallions had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 2-1 on Tuesday. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but South Pointe were the better team in the second half.

Kyndall Watson and Annsley Howle scored both of South Pointe's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Meanwhile, Richland Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of York.

Richland Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for South Pointe, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Everything went South Pointe's way against Richland Northeast in their previous meeting back in March, as South Pointe made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Stallions since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
