Omaha Westside entered their tilt with Columbus on Saturday with five consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with six. They took their contest with ease, bagging an 81-29 win over the Columbus Discoverers. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Omaha Westside's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Donnie Barfield led the charge by shooting 63% from the field on his way to 11 points. Another player making a difference was Tyson Odvody, who went 5-for-7 to rack up 11 points.

Omaha Westside was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. They are 21-1 when they've passed the ball that well.

Several Discoverers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Quenton Gustafson, who posted five points.

Omaha Westside's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.3 points over those games. As for Columbus, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 17 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.

Omaha Westside will face off against Lincoln Southwest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln Southwest knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 contests -- so hopefully Omaha Westside likes a good challenge. Columbus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
