The Kenesaw Blue Devils's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They took a 49-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Deshler. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Kenesaw of the 48-42 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture last Thursday.
Kenesaw's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jack Ryan, who scored 18 points. It was the first time this season that Ryan scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jravin Suck, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Deshler to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cameron Harding, who scored 17 points along with two steals. Brent Buescher was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds.
Kenesaw's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Deshler, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-6.

As for Deshler, they will square off against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
