Miami Valley Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gavin French, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Henry Patterson, who scored 16 points along with two steals.
New Miami's loss was their 12th straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-11. As for Miami Valley Christian Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-4.
