The Northside Indians's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 102-19 loss at the hands of Benjamin. Northside has not had much luck with Benjamin recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Grayson Rigdon continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Benjamin, shooting 5-for-7 from downtown and dropping a double-double on 50 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Rigdon has scored at least a third of Benjamin's points. Keegan Hayes was another key contributor, dropping a triple-double on ten points, 13 rebounds, and 18 assists.
Northside has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season. As for Benjamin, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Chillicothe the next time they take the court. Northside will head out to face Chillicothe at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Benjamin will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
