The Simi Valley Pioneers's game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on Royal with a sharp 63-38 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Simi Valley also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Ryder Mjoen was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Hoffer, who scored 15 points.
Simi Valley's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-11. As for Royal, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-11.
Simi Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Royal also has no future games currently scheduled.
